The six subsidiary companies within Cincinnati Financial Corporation are known collectively as The Cincinnati Insurance Companies. Approximately 2,900 headquarters associates and more than 1,100 field associates work at the company.

Historically, our financial strength and steady growth have combined to provide employment stability and the opportunity for people with ambition, skill and desire to grow with the company. Our headquarters offices are located in Fairfield, Ohio just north of Cincinnati, Ohio, near Exit 39 off I-275. Almost all of our headquarters associates live in the tri-state area of southwest Ohio, southeast Indiana and northern Kentucky. Most field associates in our 32 states of operation work from offices in their homes.
